We have primarily utilized PHM for Sales Task Force individuals/consultants. One of those task force assignments ended in a permanent hire for our hotel.

We are a Marriott property and they always have provided candidates with a strong background in Sales, positive attitudes, service mentality, and a strong background in Marriott and Cl/TY (Marriott based Sales program). But, PHM will service all brands and independent hotels.
PHM has consistently provided top producers, as well as training our own team on Cl/TY. Their consultants help support the hotel and Sales team. Without their support when we have vacancies and their strong consultants, our hotel would have been challenged in making our goals.
